Eye Liner Brown

To get the most out of your ITAY Eye Liner Pencil, simply sharpen pencil to desired point (thinner for a finer line around eyelid, or choose a duller edge for a fuller, more dramatic line). For a more show-stopping look, pick a darker color like black or dark brown. Apply to the upper lid, then highlight lower lid with a lighter shade like silver or white.
